Policies 

Here you will find an outline of our policies. Thank you so much for taking the time to read them. Once you place your order, it is our understanding that you have read and agree to the policies outlined below. We greatly appreciate your support of our small business! 

Shipping Policies

US Shipping: All prints are printed to order and quality checked by the artist. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to be printed and shipped. All orders are shipped with a flat rate of $20.  

For holiday orders, please feel free to inquire regarding turnaround time.

After your print has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once we have dropped off your package with USPS, any further inquiries should be directed to their customer support team. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will not reimburse or reissue a new print. Please file your claim directly through USPS here: USPS Claims


The purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may accrue due to returned packages, incorrect shipping info, etc. 

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time but please stay tuned! 

Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for any print unless it is damaged upon arrival. If your print does arrive damaged, please email wes@fowinkart.com and include photos of the damage. Replacement prints will ship within 1-2 weeks.  

Payments

All payments are made securely through our website via Square. Credit cards and PayPal accepted.
